• Who is collecting the data?  If you contact us (Woodstown Village Residents Association) via the contact us page we will receive your email address.  We do not use this email address except for the explicit purpose of responding to your query.  We do not send unsolicited emails or marketing material.  At events we take photos and video to capture the highlights - you may be the focus or you may be in the background of these images or videos.

• Email addresses are provided when using the contact us form.  In doing so you consent to us contacting you in relation to the query.

• Images are collected during events, clean up days and other activities with the consent of the people in the images.   

• Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to showcase our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

• Images are periodically refreshed and removed during regular website updates.

• Our records are maintained to know which houses have paid subscriptions each year  which covers landscaping, repairs, cleanup removal, events and insurance etc.  These records will be linked to the address and sometimes the residents of the property. When we collect subs, we ask for your approval to retain this data and we do not share this data with anyone outside of the elected committee..
