Slow Down Campaign

There was a great turnout at the Woodstown Village Junior Committee’s Slow Down Campaign, with up to 100 children and adults in attendance.
Residents from Daletree residents’ association, Oakdale residents’ association and members of Knocklyon United also came out to take part in the campaign.
They were joined by two squad cars and a bike from Tallaght Garda Station with the gardaí using a speed detection radar to monitor the traffic during the campaign.

Easter Egg Hunts
A recent edition to the woodstown annual events calendar Easter has proven to be a success year on year. As with previous Easter events an easter egg (or choclate easter bunny) hunt was held for the kids.
Christmas Santa Visits!

Woodstown Village has been blessed with a visit from Santa each year for a number of years now. Taking time out from his busy schedule he and Mrs Claus drop in to collect letters and hand out some early treats, This and decorate the tree are highlights in December!
